Why buy a Puppy from Jumble Farm?

Our pups have outstanding well rounded personalities (contributed to selecting good genetics and our early socialisation/training program).  They are adorable pups, who will grow into magnificent dogs, with sound temperaments, good form and great pigmentation around the eyes, nose, and paws. Both parents (Hercules and Demeter) are gorgeous dogs with lovely personalities, they currently guard our poultry from foxes and wild dogs.

Our pups are raised to succeed as adults. We provide the very best start to your puppy’s life.  The upcoming litter will experience the following early development, socialisation and training.

• Early Neurological Stimulation Program (3 to 16 days old);

• Puppy Socialisation Program – during the Critical Socialisation period (4 to 8 weeks) and beyond;

• Obedience Training/Life Skills;

• Early Livestock Guarding Training; and

• Puppy Aptitude and Personality Testing – to ensure you are matched with the right pup and the right pup is matched to you.

If your pup requires travel, we will provide additional crate training (so they are familiar to spending the time required in the crate).  If they require airplane travel, we will also expose the pup to additional airplane sounds to limit the stress travel can have on some dogs (thanks to YouTube).

If you have a specific need, like wanting your pup to be introduced to horses or another farm animal that we do not have, this can be arranged. Also, on request specific guardian training of a pup, can occur after 8 weeks. If you are after a companion pup, more household time/training can be provided, so there is a smooth transition from our house to yours.

Costs:

We do not charge anything additional for our training program. The costs of our dogs are comparable to other ANKC Pedigree Maremma Sheepdogs. Costs are discussed after we approve you as a suitable owner and you have been invited to join our puppy waitlist.

Pups are not sold for breeding, unless you are registered ANKC breeder or overseas equivalent. Please note: some of our puppies are desexed prior to sale or as a condition of sale at 12 months of age.

The pups are sold with an ANKC pedigree certificate (international lineage from both parents). The pups are wormed, microchipped, vaccinated and vet health checked.

At Jumble Farm, we take pride in raising exceptional dogs, we have never had a dog returned to us. However, if at any time you can no longer care for your pup (for any reason), we will buy the pup back (negotiable price based on condition and age) and we will either keep the pup on Jumble Farm or find it another suitable home.

*Our pups are only sold to approved homes. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or reserve a puppy until they are born.
